3. Group Study Rooms & User Conduct

When utilizing the Virtual Group Study rooms and chat features, you agree to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate other students or aspirants.
• Post spam, promotional advertisements, commercial solicitations, or irrelevant external links.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or interfere with WebSocket/MQTT communication channels.
• Impersonate any individual, teacher, institute, or organization.

4. Intellectual Property & PYQ Attribution

The software, user interface design, custom styling, interactive study stopwatch mechanisms, and algorithms of GATE CSE Tracker are the intellectual property of the platform creators.

Previous Year GATE exam questions referenced within our CBT Test Engine are official public examination questions organized for educational study and fair-use preparation. Official copyright of question papers belongs to the respective GATE Organizing Institute (IITs / IISc).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure syllabus accuracy and verified question solutions, we do not guarantee that the content will be error-free or that the platform will operate without occasional downtime.
